Northeast Wilderness Experience offers kayaking, tubing, rappelling, climbing, hiking, biking, and snowshoeing. They approach each adventure with a hands on personal touch creating a unique and memorable experience. From overnight school trips to catered corporate picnics on the riverbed. NEWE will customize an outing best suited for your group. NEWE doesn’t just offer a once in a lifetime experience they offer a foundation of education to pursue your own individual adventures. All instructors are safety certified and nature enthusiasts. NEWE strives to provide an outlet for your communion with nature and promote the outdoor and recreational resources of Northeast Pennsylvania.

Kayak Rentals
$35/day - 10’, 11’ and 12’ boats available
Tandems $35 per person/day Includes lifejackets and paddles.
*Note: Additional charge for Lake Wallenpaupack area, please call for details.
*NEWE does not provide shuttle services.
Mountain Bike Rentals
$35/day - Includes helmet
Delivery to Beach Lake, Honesdale and Narrowsburg.
Hawley Delivery additional $15.
Snowshoe Rentals
$25/pair/day
Snowshoe size is determined by weight.
