Rental Policies

Tanglwood actively promotes a smoke-free environment in the condos and buildings.
We ask that all owners and guests refrain from smoking indoors.
There is a $250.00 Room Recovery Fee for smoking in our guest rooms.

Sorry, we do not allow pets at the Resort.
There is a $250.00 per day fine that is strictly enforced.

Advance deposit required at time of booking.

Check in is at 4 p.m. and check out is 10 a.m. 
48 hour cancellation notice for full refund.
